At **NUVE STAMP**, we want you to feel confident when you order. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
### 1. Eligibility Window
You may request a return within **30 days** of delivery.

### 2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be returned in good condition
- Item must include original packaging (where reasonably possible)
- Proof of purchase (order number/email) is required
For hygiene reasons, we may decline returns that are damaged, heavily worn, or altered beyond normal testing.
### 3. How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged/defective)
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
### 4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved:

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

We’ll resolve it with a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

If you want a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
