Estimated delivery windows:

• International Shipping (if offered): 10–14 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout.
NUVE STAMP is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping fees may apply.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your order:
1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building staff
2. Contact the carrier

We’ll do our best to assist, but NUVE STAMP is not liable for carrier-confirmed delivered packages.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
